MEET OUR TALENTED RECEPTIONISTS
Jenn Collins L.Ac.MSOM
Jenn Collins, CEO and Creator of Chirohub, has been practicing acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine since 1999. Jenn manages two clinics at three locations in southern Oregon and has had several associates work with her along the way. She began Acuhub and Chirohub in 2016 when she saw a tremendous need for small clinic owners to have better administrative operations. She is a natural teacher and entrepreneur, and loves helping other practitioners manage thriving wellness centers and healthcare clinics.
Royce
Royce Spomer is our head receptionist and assistant creator of Chirohub . She always greets our clients with her fun loving attitude and eagerness to help and solve problems. She has worked at many acupuncture and chiropractic clinics in southern Oregon and northern California and now helps us train our receptionists at Chirohub. Royce is a huge fan of natural medicine. She brings so much experience and a natural born talent for selling wellness services. She has been working with us since 2015.
Connie
Connie Said brings years of experience helping run the front desk at a busy Naturopathic Clinic.  She understands the nuances of helping clients with scheduling, supplement purchases, and natural remedies.  Connie is a big supporter of natural medicine and loves helping the patients in any ways she can to make the clinic interface easier for them. Her warm demeanor and cheery voice are a great asset to our team.
Eva
Eva brings experience working as administrative assistant in a busy dermatology clinic. Her skills include multi practitioner scheduling, accepting payments, email and multi-line phone management. Eva is also a certified yoga teacher as well as a certified holistic health coach.
Micah
Micah brings years of experience in customer service and management and an amazing eye for detail. He loves living a healthy and holistic lifestyle, and receives acupuncture regularly for wellbeing and injury recovery.
Ann
Ann Chasey joined us in 2016 bringing 8 years of experience in healing center office management. She has been helping our main clinics run like well-oiled machines. Now she supports our affiliate clinics in staying on top of their schedules and tasks.
Michelle
Michelle has excellent customer service and problem solving skills. She has a background in health coaching, yoga instruction, and wellness center administrative support.
Falene
Falene is a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant with a background in customer support and a love of natural medicine. She’s highly organized and brings a vast skill set in reception and medical administration.
Janelle
Traci’s years of experience running a home office/business, along with transcribing thousands of insurance claims which has given her what it takes to be a fantastic office assistant.
Mary
Mary brings a wealth of experience from working as an administrative assistant in multiple acupuncture clinics. She is proficient in Janeapp, Acusimple, and several other calendars. Mary has much knowledge with herbs and products.
Janelle
Janelle has over a decade of experience in customer service and administration, including reception for a busy medical clinic. She has always been an advocate of holistic and natural medicine.
